Correctional Leadership Research Paper
The student may identify an area that must be approved by the instructor prior to Module 3, of correctional management/leadership found in the literature. The Research Paper must be a minimum of 3000-words, excluding the title page, abstract, and table of contents, on the practice of the correctional management/leadership. In the Research Paper, the student must locate and explore existing research on the practice that validates and confirms its value and effectiveness. The student must include a section on the leadership theory that is closely associated to the practice.
