I NEED THE SAME WRITTER THAT DID THIS ORDER 30475 FORMATIVE, TO DO THE SUMATATIVE NOW.
MOODLE NAME: ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF CARE.
Dear writer kindly find feedback for my formative( plan for quality/safety improvement project) order Ref: 30475.
feedback.
Augusta,
thank you for your submission.
it is clear that you have completed a lot of research and reading for your project.
However it is not clear why this improvement project would be required? is there a clinical safety or quality issues for service users and families if the consume bottled water? why would this improvement project be required?
Are patients and service users not drinking tap water in UK?
I am not wholly clear why this needs to be an improvement project. you will need to complete some further work at identifying and stating why this improvement project is needed. is there any national guidelines which state that tap water should be consumed as opposed to bottled water?
you have referenced America literature- this does not really translate to UK healthcare practice.
Dear Writer i am ordering my summative now on this Moodle which is 6000 words please make sure you act upon his feedback as he wanted to see all that he has stated above. you don’t need to do the formative again. let work on the big project now. please go into Moodle and start the work. please use the resources provided and read the slides. don’t use America reference again the don’t accept it.
Tip for my summative what lecturer want to see.
– what the NICE guidelines policy around this topic. (using tap water).
– what the guidelines or policies says should happen for this kind of project improvement?
-what are the benefit for people to drink tap water.
-how would this improve quality of care.
-clinical reasons and recommendation.
– the set standards
I will update you as we go along. we need to submit this work in April so we have length of time i would be showing my lecturer peace of the work to proof read when you finish.

find Feedback useful:
Hi
Augusta,
Apologies
for the slight delay getting back to you.
Going
back over your submission there are two different project proposals. You
need to think about which project you would choose to work on.
The
first submission is a very relevant and important an area of improving care and
safety – the knowledge and skills of patients and families to work with
relatives at home during end of life care.
What
I think what you must do is clearly define and state which guideline also say
this should be improved – that then gives more weight and strength to your
project.
A
quick google search and looking NICE guidelines and quality statements
and I have found this resource:
Quality statement 5: Support for carers | End of life
care for adults | Quality standards | NICE
The
quality statements are guidance and recommendation of which are of this care
can be improved and should be the beginning part of your evidence search
which supports your project aim.
I
am not clear what the reasons for ensuing people drink tap water are – and as
mentioned in feedback is this relevant to the UK as it is referencing American
literature?
Keep
going and start to define your aims statement.
Please
respond to confirm you have received this feedback.
Thank
you so much for your help.
