Literature Review

The literature “Evaluating CRM implementation in healthcare organization” has been taken for the literature review purpose. Personal values, beliefs and principles signify powerful and dominant drivers of the process how we think and act. These are usually a major factor of culture, where it shapes a part of the communal guideline, which protected and followed by a group. Each individual’s personal principles and ideologies control their work role considerably in health and social care system. There are various varieties of principles like instrumental values, societal values, political values, personal values, financial values, spiritual values etc. My personal values are accountability, awareness, clarity, discipline, well behaved, respect and humility. Several numbers of principals are applied in health and social care services to ensure every individual gets proper care. For instance, equity in the terms of care, it means every individual irrespective of their class, background, race, ethnicity, economic capability are subject to get equal amount of care support system.  The main objective of the health and social support principles are essential in machining the requirements of individuals in need. Improvements in technology has prepared enormous pace making many patients self sufficient, therefore encouraging an altering relationship between patients and care workers. Simultaneously, the improvement has made possible of diverse approaches in the health and care services.

It is important to continue the process of learning and professional development in social and health care services. Referring to my portfolio for evidence, my current set of skills and abilities includes accountability, awareness, clarity, discipline, well behaved, respect and humility. Analyzing the learning styles noticeably touches on the broader factors connecting to the density of the correlation among health and social services and practice teaching; it furthermore let for a more restricted examination of one specific aspect of the teaching process. Several critics have justified the significance of accepting learning styles in the director learner relationship. Focusing on Honey and Mumford’s Learning Styles Questionnaire, there are four types of learning styles: activists, theorists, pragmatists and reflector. The questioner focused on the learning styles of the social care workers.

There are reflective actions are there in artificial origin and different elements persisted for many years. There are some trends going on in healthcare industries. These are,

nurturing recent developments in health and illness

giving importance to treatment

Need of GP near to hospitals

Care should be taken for the health of the old people

Practice to be able justify situations on medical ground

Since 1990 it can seen that, governments in various countries took exemplary steps in the field of healthcare. It signaled a change in rules to a bigger picture on health sector. The hospitals and the doctors took concrete mechanisms to establish strategies for retaining the lead in the healthcare sector. Some of the new models that are being processed (Phang Kankanhalli and Tan 2015).

This article introduces the details of an area regarding professional leadership in health and social core area. The purpose of writing the article is to focus on the area of professional leadership in health. This article depicts the professionalism in Healthcare industry, which is considered an essential factor in medical industry. In the current age, the various IT companies are involved in the development of customized ERP packages as per the requirement of their clients. Such ERP software includes hospital, hotel, studio, airport, manufacturing, retail and others (Cruz, da Silva & Capretz, 2015). The development of such software are been treated as projects by those companies where a stipulated start and end date is been given. Such projects are assigned to their qualified management professionals whom they consider a good leader. The leadership abilities of those managers denote how the companies will proceed with the project work (Rosemann & vom Brocke, 2015). Other projects can be based on the maintenance of a developed software. Whatever the project may be, the project management leadership requires in-depth knowledge of the key software functionalities. It also requires to understand the costs involved from starting to the end of the project. This software helps to find the real practice in health and social care system. It helps to build professional relationship between the users and the nurses. It is operated through mutual respect. It helps to maintain a professional boundary.

The director of the healthcare outfit has to make a proper portfolio analysis of the investments in a project starting from the work force cost, hardware and networking costs along with costs for making tie ups with any external organization or professionals and doctors having a sound knowledge in the subjected domain.

An efficient professional leadership in health also includes a proper communication with all the stakeholders associated with it so that the project goes well as per the given standards (Gandomani et al., 2013). The stakeholders involve the client, engineers, directors, patients and the partners.

Methodology

The approach will be used through the qualitative method, qualitative method is needed for analyzing. Systematic change is needed for the content to be approved. The analysis will be done to achieve the specific goals and results. The qualitative technique shall be used to identify the nature of the research. The formulas will also analyze the character and quality of variables, causes and trends. It will assist to address the problem or a specific glory to illustrate data (Raut, 2013). The aim of the research will be to investigate, analyze and evaluate the characteristics and dimensions of the phenomenon in a definite method. Data collection is needed to critically analyze the causes and factors those track the crisis. Qualitative research always focuses on giving quality output. The main idea behind the research was to justify the answers by quality analysis. On the other hand, quantitative method is incorporated through primary data and secondary data analysis. These data were first filtered and then the best data are selected for analysis. Statistical packages are used for giving the result more dimension and truth. Formulas are used to find the results in a more appropriate manner (Junco, 2012).

Interviews

1. The questions are needed to be short crisp and goal oriented

2. Questions need to be specific to the subject.

3. The interviewer should ask the questions in a sequential order

4. Answers need to be sincerely collected

5. Supervisors should verify the questionnaire

6. Questions needed to be freely flowed

7. Test and sample of the questions needed proper styling.

The collected data should be interpreted properly. The problems should be diagnosed with sincerity. The forms that are not filled up properly should not be taken.

The research shall include the aim, objective, findings and goals of the research. Modern techniques should be used to find the exact result. The vocabulary part of the research should try to identify the mode of the result and should be able to analyze the importance of the matter. The result should include the important parts. The vocabulary should be added to conduct the research.  A timetable need to be given to help the assessor to analyze and find the valid content.

Findings

Like other project management, scope, schedule and budget are the key influences in the software project management. To be an effective project leader, the director should have the understandings of the nuances in the dynamic of a team. There is an urgent need of professionalism where there are some eminent doctors are present. They actually make a demonstration of the ability for balancing about what should be and what needs to be done for meeting the need of the business (Conforto et al., 2014). They should remain confident in applying various project management techniques to get the optimum output. It is to be seen how the health industry director can extract the best from the doctors and the nurses. The good they can treat the patient the more can be earn from the patients. A good hospital always has their huge number of patients.

The professional leadership in health industry should have a strong passion towards learning of the latest platforms used in the project. Unless they have the sufficient expertise of the relevant tools used, they will not be able to guide their respective professionals in a convenient way. The managers also make a personal commitment towards the success as it enhances the accountability for translating the proactive behaviors (Schneider, Torkar & Gorschek, 2013). Willingness for advocating at all the levels through finding out the motivation of the individuals along with empowering the poor stakeholders is also required. To maintain a good leadership in project management, the managers have to take calculated risks to get the benefit of the success (Payne 2014).

As the software project management follows the model of software development life cycle, a built prototype is always been kept in front of the customers or end users for necessary evaluation. The project manager of the healthcare outfit keeps the detailed feedback from them and provides directions for his development team to do the necessary rectifications (Schneider, Torkar & Gorschek, 2013). He also guides the team who are involved in testing the software for checking whether the developed software is as per the standard of compliance.

Discussion

Working in a healthcare organization needs many responsibilities. Working with various individuals is a common thing. A care and responsibility plan is there to work. It is expected to uphold the public trust. It is because in a healthcare organization the trust factor is very important. The employees and the doctors should take extra responsibilities for maintaining and improving the knowledge and skills.

The employees and nurses should comply with other staffs

Always try to improve skills and knowledge

Conclusion

It has been seen that most of the graduates seek jobs in the business sectors where their communication skills is required to maintain a healthy relationship with the clients. In healthcare industry they had to deal with the patients and their family members. It requires a lot of skills and temperament.  It is also required for managing any crisis or issues. The employees also work in the industries, which are based on media and communications such as public relations, broadcasting, film or politics (Alon Jaffe and Vianelli 2013). Many of these industries are growing at an accelerated mode and they are continuously looking for the professionals who are skilled and qualified. It has been realized that various unsocial activities have been notified in front of the common people by the help of the newspaper articles, internet blogs, posts in the social networking of the hospitals and nursing homes and the television shows on health system and lifestyle.

It is seen that the literature review portion is taking an amount of $1500. The online resources that are taken are not free of cost. The amount and the time duration show how long it has taken to complete. The data collection should be precise. To make the work purposefully the approach had to be structured. The travelling cost and the total expenditure is totaled. The total amount is showing $2500. Data analysis part is bit difficult (Junco, 2012). Data analysts were recruited for this purpose. They took a sizable amount to analyze the data. Software packages were bought for analysis. It is time taking and laborious job. It took around one month. The amount it took was $2000. Therefore, the total budget comes around $6000.
