I have been promoted as project manager in Telstra Corporation Limited in order to manage the projects within the organization. I want to do research on how to complete my tasks in the given time and present my final result of project appropriately. I am working in the network operation department of Telstra Corporation Limited where I have to complete the ongoing projects. The operation management skills and knowledge will help me to manage the projects appropriately and providing me deeper knowledge that will help to face the challenges associated with the projects. I have noticed that some team members get confused about how to execute the work efficiently and effectively that they were doing. The critical path should be identifies which is important to determine the delay periods. The zero slack shows that there is no delay in the activities. I am responsible to manage critical path to achieve the goals of the project ad building healthy relationships with the stakeholders. 

The control and monitoring stage of the project is also important where I have to check the completed tasks and solving the issues without affecting the budget of the project.  The project management chapter acknowledged me that variation in the cost and progress of project show some issues developed by inefficiencies in the process.
