For this assignment, an individual from each team will select one of the following types of situational analyses: macro, competitor, and capabilities. You will then apply this type of analysis to Tractor Supply Company. In order to effectively complete this assignment, you must perform research from several recognized sources (not including the textbook). For the type of analysis you select, you will use this research to perform an in-depth analysis using tools demonstrated in the textbook and in class. You must demonstrate appropriate use of the tools. In addition, you will deliver a report (no longer than 2 pages, Times New Roman, 12-point, single spaced, not including appendices) on the strategic insights and implications arising from this analysis.
