The traditional methods such as the waterfall method follow a sequential process where the completion of one phase is completely dependent on the successful completion of the previous phase.  A thorough study and training on the agile project management has helped me to understand that the agile project management divides the overall project into several groups or slices where each stage of the project is not dependent on the other. However, there are huge amount of interdependence across different agile project teams. Therefore, this creates cross functional groups that are essentially customer centric and are focused on removal of the dependencies. The project management in the traditional form in our company also has a worldwide, cross-time sectoral development; therefore, the stand up times are therefore unfeasible. Therefore, it is imperative to restructure different agile teams in order to ensure that everyone works together. The new agile project management therefore can help s to get rid of the barriers and the walls between the different members of the groups participating in the accomplishment of different projects. In addition to this, as a member of the agile project we need to make it certain that everyone is working in pairings and especially for bonus points everyone in the agile project management need to use PowerBooks. 

As a member of the agile project management group, I have gathered the knowledge as regards creation of a plan or else solutions that can address issues of the projects. However, in spite of all the difficulties that might be faced for the implementation of the agile projects and the management wants to alter the process of project management. This is because, the agile project management permits good development that ultimately results in the production of different saleable products even at the time when the entire project is operating successfully. The incremental deliver system of the agile project management also helps to shorten the time to market as it reduces the overall cycle of the delivery. Therefore, this process might perhaps result in the acquiring higher revenue. In addition to this, scrutinizing each sprint even before being transferred to the next phase implies that the process of testing is carried out throughout the process that in turn allows different teams to alter the scope as well as the directions of the entire project at any moment in time. Despite the fact that the deadlines as well as the budgets of the project the variables are fixed, the requirements of the proects are set to become fixed. The stakeholders as well as the participants expect changes in the same way along the process of development of the project. Furthermore, my experience of working in both the traditional as well as in the present agile project management group in the company has also helped me to understand that involvement of the owners also facilitate the changes in the entire process of project management. However, my experiences of working in the present agile project in the company have helped me to understand that there are also certain problems associated to the agile project management. This is apparent from the difficulties that the managers face owing to the lack in the clarity in the definition of the work associated to the planning, devising strategies and structures and in organizing the project.
