The mission statement of the Chick-Fil-A restaurant chain is pretty much the same mission as any big or small restaurant chain in the U.S. The Chick-Fil-A mission statement is:”Be America’s best quick-service restaurant.”It’s the Chick-Fil-A Corporate Purpose that reveals the identity and character behind the Chick-fil-A operations and gives meaning to the employees as they take actions and make decisions every day.
